The 76th edition of the Frankfurter Buchmesse, the international book fair in Frankfurt am Main, is just around the corner: it will take place from October 16 to 20 in the German city. This year, Italy is the Guest of Honor, marking a return for our country after thirty-six years. There are many events planned in this regard, which will take place at the Italian collective stand, located in Hall 5.0, at number A22, and in the Italy Pavilion.
ADALI, the association that brings together Italian literary agencies, has organized, together with the AIE – Italian Publishers Association, a meeting titled “Italian Publishing Goes Abroad: Not Just Rights”, which will be held on Thursday, October 17 from 12:30 to 13:20 at the Room 1 of the Italian collective stand. Participants will include Sandro Ferri (Edizioni E/O), Andrea Ferro (Casalini Libri), Roberto Gilodi (Reiser Literary Agency / president of ADALI), and will be moderated by Porter Anderson from Publishing Perspectives.
Literary agencies from around the world will meet at the Literary Agents & Scouts Centre (Hall 6.2/LitAg). Otago Literary Agency will be present, as every year, with numerous appointments with foreign and Italian publishing houses, co-agencies, and international scouts.
